School Planning a. The School shall complete the Plan, as referenced above, that will serve as the roadmap for all School Turnaround activities described in this MOU. The Plan shall address each of the following areas consistent with the requirements of the Turnaround Guide:
i. School Model and Planning
ii. Leadership
iii. Human Capital
iv. School Program
School Planning. 1. The Association shall appoint the teachers from that building who are members of the committee.
2. The Association does not waive its right to negotiate if there is an impact on the member’s wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment.
3. If the resulting plan is not accepted in full by OSPI, the same jointly appointed committee will reconvene to make any necessary adjustments.
