SCHOOL LIBRARIES. 1. Recognizing that in an age of increasing individualized instruction the library plays a central role in the educational process, as well as serving as a resource centre, it is mutually agreed between the parties that as an objective, and wherever possible the libraries shall be of an adequate size, amply stocked. It is understood, however, that this is to be done bearing in mind the need to maximize educational benefits with the resources available at any time. In accordance with this the following criteria shall be established:
