School Communication. Every effort shall be made to assure that prompt, professional, and effective communication occurs between school- based administration and teachers. Each school will develop a mechanism for this communication to occur within that school. The principal shall notify the Superintendent, and the building rep will notify the Association, of the mutually agreed upon structure of the communication model that will be used in a particular school. A written record shall be maintained of any meetings or topics that are discussed. Communications will occur on a monthly basis.
