Scheduled Overtime Pay. An employee required to return to his/her work site for duty at any time other than during his/her scheduled weekend, as defined in Article 14, with at least 12 hours' notice, shall be compensated at an overtime pay rate of time and one-half (1 ½) for hours worked outside of his/her scheduled shift.
