Common use of Schedule Change Clause in Contracts

Schedule Change. Should the University make a permanent change to an employee's work schedule, the employee shall receive seventy-two (72) hours notice. A permanent shift change is one without a specific ending date. It is the University's intent, whenever practicable, to provide seventy-two (72) hours notice of temporary schedule changes.
