Sanitary and Wastewater Sewer Connection Fees. As part of any building permit application for the Project for which connection to the sanitary sewer system is required, City shall require the building permit applicant to provide written documentation from County verifying that either: (1) all requisite Sanitary and Wastewater Sewer Connection Fees have been remitted to County or (2) County authorizes City to issue such building permit prior to the remittance of Sanitary and Wastewater Sewer Connection Fees to County.

  • Wastewater i.e. wastewater and storm water collection, treatment and management systems.

  • Stormwater Notwithstanding any other provisions or terms of this Agreement, Company acknowledges that certain properties within the Premises or on Authority-owned land are subject to stormwater rules and regulations. Company agrees to observe and abide by such stormwater rules and regulations as may be applicable to the Premises, and, if applicable, Company hereby expressly covenants, warrants, and represents to Authority, in connection with Company’s operations on the Premises, the following:

  • Electricity Charges The licensee herein shall pay the electricity bills directly for energy consumed on the licensed premises and should submit original receipts to Licensor indicating that the electricity bills are paid.

  • Potable Water Contractor shall provide potable water and ice for the Stage 2 Site use, and ensure that a safe and plentiful supply of potable water and ice is available for all activities on the Stage 2 Site until Substantial Completion of Subproject 3. The water and ice for human consumption shall be of suitable quality.

  • Utility Charges Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all charges for electricity, power, gas, oil, water and other utilities used in connection with the Leased Property.

  • Electrical connections Equipment requiring electrical connections for operation shall either be hard wired to the Authorized User's provided connections or the Contractor shall be responsible for a male electrical union. All connections shall be made by the Contractor and accomplished in accordance with National Electrical Code requirements. Electrically operated equipment shall be available in the following volts and phases: 208 volt 1 or 3 phase, 60 HZ 220 volt 1 or 3 phase, 60 HZ 440 volt 1 or 3 phase, 60 HZ
