SALE OF COMPETING GOODS. Market Partners must not sell, or attempt to sell, any competing non-MONAT products to other Market Partners or VIP Customers. Any product in the same generic categories as MONAT products is deemed to be competing (e.g., any hair or beauty product similar to MONAT, and is therefore a competing product, regardless of differences in cost, quality, ingredients, or other distinguishing factors).
