Salary Schedule Progression. (2021) Employees shall progress from step to step in salary grade (or between grades, where bifurcated) on an annual basis, in accordance with established practice. Effective at the beginning of the pay period including December 1, 2021, the salary scale shall be adjusted by eliminating the first step and adding a new top step, equal to at least (four) 4%. Employees shall be paid at the new rates to which they are assigned in the modified salary schedule.
