Salary Increase for Satisfactory Performance. The total dollars allocated in 2015-2016 for salary increases for satisfactory performance for 2015-2016 shall be $764,711. All eligible Unit Members, whose performance for 2014-2015 was judged satisfactory or better as a result of the formal performance reviews conducted in March-April, 2015, will receive an equal percentage increase.

Salary Increase for Satisfactory Performance. The total dollars to be distributed in 2022-2023 for salary increases for satisfactory performance for 2021-2022 shall be $413,391. All eligible Unit Members, whose performance for 2021-2022 was judged satisfactory or better as a result of the formal performance reviews conducted in March-April, 2022, will receive an equal percentage increase.

  • Acceptance/Performance Test 4.7.1 Prior to synchronization of the Power Project, the SPD shall be required to get the Project certified for the requisite acceptance/performance test as may be laid down by Central Electricity Authority or an agency identified by the central government to carry out testing and certification for the solar power projects.

  • Employee Performance Review When a formal review of an employee’s performance is made, the employee concerned shall be given an opportunity to discuss, sign and make written comments on the review form in question and the employee is to receive a signed copy to indicate that its contents have been read.   • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements.   • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.

  • Satisfactory Performance Subject to the provisions of the Payment Security Requirements Section above, the Payment Security will be returned within ninety (90) days following the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, subject to the satisfactory performance by Company of all terms, conditions, and covenants contained herein.

  • CONTINUATION OF PERFORMANCE THROUGH TERMINATION The Subrecipient shall continue to perform, in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement, up to the date of termination, as directed in the termination notice.

  • Continuing Performance Each party is required to continue to perform its obligations under this contract pending final resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to this contract, unless to do so would be impossible or impracticable under the circumstances.

  • Excuse for Nonperformance or Delayed Performance Except with respect to defaults of subcontractors, Contractor/Vendor shall not be in default by reason of any failure in performance of this contract in accordance with its terms (including any failure by Contractor/Vendor to make progress in the prosecution of the work hereunder which endangers such performance) if Contractor/Vendor has notified the Commission or designee within 15 days after the cause of the delay and the failure arises out of causes such as: acts of God; acts of the public enemy; acts of the State and any other governmental entity in its sovereign or contractual capacity; fires; floods; epidemics; quarantine restrictions; strikes or other labor disputes; freight embargoes; or unusually severe weather. If the failure to perform is caused by the failure of a subcontractor to perform or to make progress, and if such failure arises out of causes similar to those set forth above, Contractor/Vendor shall not be deemed to be in default, unless the services to be furnished by the subcontractor were reasonably obtainable from other sources in sufficient time to permit Contractor to meet the contract requirements. Upon request of Contractor, the Commission or designee shall ascertain the facts and extent of such failure, and, if such officer determines that any failure to perform was occasioned by any one or more of the excusable causes, and that, but for the excusable cause, Contractor’s progress and performance would have met the terms of the contract, the delivery schedule shall be revised accordingly, subject to the rights of the State under the clause entitled (in fixed-price contracts, “Termination for Convenience,” in cost-reimbursement contracts, “Termination”). (As used in this Paragraph of this clause, the term “subcontractor” means subcontractor at any tier).
