Common use of Safety Shoes/Glasses Clause in Contracts

Safety Shoes/Glasses. A. All safety equipment provided by the District must meet CAL/OSHA standards where a CAL/OSHA standard has been adopted. The District procedure “Personal Protective Equipment” will be applied during the term of this MOU.
