Safety Responsibilities. It is the responsibility of the Employer to provide safe working conditions, tools, equipment, and working methods for their employees. The Employer shall make reasonable provisions for the safety of its employees, and agrees to comply with all federal and state laws relating to such. The Union acknowledges the role of the bargaining unit members in maintaining and improving the safety for all employees through mature and responsible operation of equipment and supplies.
