SAFETY PROCEDURES/DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING. Section 1. The Employer may promulgate and enforce any such rules and regulations as it may deem appropriate from time to time to provide for the safety of its employees and to ensure compliance with any such statute or with the rules and regulations promulgated there under. All work related injuries shall be reported to the appropriate administrator immediately upon their occurrence or when the employee has knowledge of such injuries in accordance with the procedures in effect at the University. Grievances involving the interpretation or application of the provisions of this Article not resolved at step 3 of the grievance procedures set forth in Article 16 of this Agreement may be referred to a three (3) member review committee within seven (7) days of receipt of the step 3 decision. Said committee shall be comprised of the Director of Environmental Health and Safety or equivalent, one Union -designated representative, and one management-designated representative to review and make recommendations to the Chancellor.
