Safety and incident prevention. The Contractor shall implement and maintain an active Site Safety and Accident Prevention Programme in accordance with the NOSA Standards Safety Regulations, NWS 1058 and the Safety Regulations as laid down in the Matla Safety Manual. The overriding regulations will however be the Occupation Health and Safety Act.
