SAAS UPDATES, UPGRADES, AND SUPPORT. 5.1 Updates and Upgrades. CA Europe may make changes or updates to the SaaS or SaaS infrastructure (such as compute infrastructure, storage technology, security, technical configurations, hosting facilities within the data center region, etc.). CA Europe will provide Customer with at least seventy-two (72) hours advanced notice of any downtime required for such updates and upgrades to the SaaS and SaaS infrastructure (“Scheduled Downtime”).
