Service Updates. Our Services may automatica ly download and insta l updates to your computer system from time to time and you hereby permit and consent to same. Updates are genera ly developed to improve our Services, including by providing enhanced functionality, bug fixes, and new software.
Service Updates. AAPT may vary or add to the Service provided to You in the following circumstances:
Service Updates i. Based on significant feedback from the service users, the operator undertakes to investigate the need for service updates (where resources permit and there are sound operational and/or commercial reasons to do so).
Service Updates. From time to time, Contrast may provide upgrades, patches, enhancements, or fixes for the Services and/or Products, as applicable, to its customers generally without additional charge (“Updates”), and such Updates will become part of the Service or Products and subject to this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Contrast shall have no obligation under this Agreement or otherwise to provide any such Updates.
Service Updates. From time to time, SkySync may provide upgrades, patches, enhancements, or fixes for the Services to its customers generally without additional charge (“Updates”), and such Updates will become part of the Services and subject to this Agreement; provided that SkySync shall have no obligation under this Agreement or otherwise to provide any such Updates. Customer understands that SkySync may cease supporting old versions or releases of the Services at any time in its sole discretion; provided that SkySync shall use commercially reasonable efforts to give Customer sixty (60) days prior notice of any major changes.
Service Updates. You acknowledge and agree that Clever Phone, in its sole discretion, may add additional features or functions, or to provide software updates, fixes, and upgrades to the Service. You acknowledge and agree that Clever Phone shall not be liable for any damages in relation to the direct or indirect damages caused by
Service Updates. The subscription fees include updates from time to time in and to the products included in the Services and subscribed to in the Order Form. Client acknowledges and agrees that certain new features and improvements introduced in connection with such updates are not included in the subscription fees and may be subject to separate fees agreed to in writing by and between Xxxxxxx and Client and any Client-specific modifications to the products included in the Services are priced separately.
Service Updates. Notwithstanding any clause contained in the Service Agreement, Fuse Technology may in its sole discretion vary the Service provided to You in the following circumstances:
Service Updates. We reserve the right to update, change, discontinue (temporarily or permanently) any feature or component of the AccessMyLAN service. By continuing to use the AccessMyLAN service you accept the updates and changes to the AccessMyLAN service including any changes to or removal of features or components. You agree that your obligations (including without limitation your payment obligations) are neither contingent upon the delivery of any future functionality or features nor dependent upon any oral or written comments made by us with respect to future functionality or features. Asavie is not liable to you or any third party for any update, change, suspension, discontinuance of any feature or component of the AccessMyLAN service. Asavie reserves the right to determine the timing and content of software updates, which may be automatically downloaded and installed without your notice.
Service Updates. 3. From time to time, Hydras may provide upgrades, patches, enhancements, or fixes for the Service (“Updates”), and such Updates shall become part of the Service and subject to this Agreement; provided that Hydras shall have no obligation under this Agreement or otherwise to provide any such Updates. Hydras shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer if the Service may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or for unscheduled emergency maintenance. With respect to Subscribers, Hydras may cease supporting old versions or releases of the Service at any time in its sole discretion; provided that Hydras shall use commercially reasonable efforts to give Subscriber sixty (60) days prior notice of any major changes. With respect to Free Customers, Hydras (i) reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Service in its sole discretion without notice; (ii) shall not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period; and (iii) may from time to time restrict access to some parts of the Service or the entire Service.
