Shared Governance The parties shall develop a variety of shared governance models which schools may consider. Schools shall select a model that best suits their needs or the staff may develop an alternative model of governance with direct involvement by teachers, other staff and community representatives. Staff approval and commitment to the model is essential. The selected model of governance will be specifically described in each school's improvement plan.
Rules and Policies In addition to the terms and conditions contained herein, players acknowledge and agree that players shall be bound by and comply with all rules, regulations and policies established by SGM. SGM reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to amend, modify or cancel any of its rules, regulations and policies and/or adopt additional rules, regulations or policies. Any violation of the rules, regulations and policies by a member may result in the termination of the players contact, in SGM’s sole and absolute discretion.
Contract Governance Any contract made or entered into by the TIPS is subject to and is to be governed by Section 271.151 et seq, Tex Lo Code. Governing Principles 1. The implementation of this Memorandum of Understanding shall in all aspects be governed by the Regulation and subsequent amendments thereof.
Venue; Governing Law Xxxxxx County, Texas, will be the proper place of venue for suit on or in respect of this Agreement. Geographic Scope, Governing Law & Venue This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of the Customer Business Address without regard to any contrary conflicts of law principles and excluding the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods.
