Role of the lead school. It is the role of the lead school to: • co-ordinate recruitment activity (see Section 3.4) • disseminate information (eg from NCTL, UCAS, University of Chichester) to all alliance partners • take responsibility for the clear communication to all alliance partners of University of Chichester School Direct requirements (eg trainee teaching load, mentor responsibilities, trainee entitlement) • coordinate all aspects of QA activity (see Section 3.5) • support partnership schools in trouble shooting (see Section 4) • monitor trainees causing concern (see Section 4) • organise finance payments to the university and/or partnership schools • coordinate training (including school experience) to meet the needs of all trainees within the alliance • ensure all partnership schools adhere to the School Commitment Charter • ensure all trainees are aware of lines of communication within the alliance (see Section 4)

  • Role of the Parties Taboola acknowledges that Publisher is a Controller of Personal Data relating to its Visitors.   • Role of the panel 1. The role of the Panel shall be to make an objective assessment of the dispute under its consideration, including an examination of the facts of the case and the applicability of and conformity with this Agreement, incorporating necessary findings for settling the dispute. 2. The report of the Panel shall be binding on the disputing Parties. 3. The Panel shall take its decisions by consensus. However, if the Panel is unable to reach consensus, it may take its decisions by majority vote. 4. Where a Panel concludes that a measure is inconsistent with this Agreement, it shall recommend that the Party complained against bring the measure into conformity with this Agreement. In addition to these recommendations, the Panel will be entitled to suggest ways in which the Party complained against could implement the recommendations. 5. The Panel, in its findings and recommendations, may not add to or diminish the rights and obligations provided in this Agreement. Article 181. Model rules of procedure

  • ROLE OF THE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY CONTACTS 5.01 Primary and Secondary Contact(s). The Resident, in executing this Agreement, is required to identify a “Primary Contact” and a “Secondary Contact”. Information of the Asset Transferor The Asset Transferor is a state-owned enterprise incorporated in the PRC on 28 June 2016 and located in Guangdong Province, the PRC, which is principally engaged in the business of finance lease, etc. IMPLICATIONS UNDER THE LISTING RULES According to Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules, as the highest applicable percentage ratio of the transaction under the Asset Transfer Agreement is higher than 5% but lower than 25%, the transaction constitutes a discloseable transaction of the Company and is subject to the announcement requirement but is exempt from the shareholders’ approval requirement under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.

  • Local Professional Development Committee 1. The Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) shall be established to oversee and review professional development plans pursuant to ORC 3319.22.

  • Intercept and Referral Announcements 6.1 When a Customer changes its service provider from Verizon to CBB, or from CBB to Verizon, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to such Customer shall provide a referral announcement (“Referral Announcement”) on the abandoned telephone number which provides the Customer’s new number or other appropriate information, to the extent known to the Party formerly providing service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party shall not be obligated under this Section to provide a Referral Announcement if the Customer owes the Party unpaid overdue amounts or the Customer requests that no Referral Announcement be provided.

  • Role of the Arranger Except as specifically provided in the Finance Documents, the Arranger has no obligations of any kind to any other Party under or in connection with any Finance Document.

  • Outside Activities of the Limited Partners Subject to the provisions of Section 7.5, which shall continue to be applicable to the Persons referred to therein, regardless of whether such Persons shall also be Limited Partners, any Limited Partner shall be entitled to and may have business interests and engage in business activities in addition to those relating to the Partnership, including business interests and activities in direct competition with the Partnership Group.
