Road Cleaning. (a) The Subdivider/Owner shall be responsible for cleaning all public streets in the vicinity of the Subdivision to remove all dirt, mud or debris which has been deposited thereon as a result of the import and stockpiling of fill on the Lands. Such cleaning shall be done at the end of each working day or otherwise as determined by the Municipality.

Vacuums, brooms, and mops may be signed out at the front desk, subject to availability.
