RIGHTS TO THE SPECIFICATIONS, PLANS, ETC. The BUILDER retains all rights with respect to the SPECIFICATIONS, plans and working drawings, technical description calculations, test results and other data, information and documents concerning the design and construction of the VESSEL and the BUYER undertakes therefore not to disclose the same to any third parties or divulge any information contained therein, without the prior written consent of the BUILDER, excepting where it is necessary for the usual operation, repair and maintenance of the VESSEL.
