Rights to Seek Further Review. Any action taken or failure to take action by the Review Board does not restrict or limit in any way the rights of a Participant to seek review by the Commission, or a review in any other forum available to the Participant and there shall be no requirement to submit an appeal to the Review Board concerning any amendment, action or inaction by the Participants Committee prior to a Participant exercising any such rights to seek review by the Commission or any other forum with jurisdiction.   • Right of Review Once Lessor shall have finally determined said Operating, Utility and Energy or Real Estate Tax Costs at the expiration of a Lease Year, then as to the item so established, Lessee shall only be entitled to dispute said charge as finally established for a period of six (6) months after such charge is finally established, and Lessee specifically waives any right to dispute any such charge at the expiration of said six (6) month period.

  • RIGHTS TO NAME If the Adviser ceases to act as investment adviser to the Trust or any Fund whose name includes the term "Golden" (the "Xxxx") or if the Adviser requests in writing, the Trust shall take prompt action to change the name of the Trust or any such Fund to a name that does not include the Xxxx. The Adviser may from time to time make available without charge to the Trust for the Trust's use any marks or symbols owned by the Adviser, including marks or symbols containing the Xxxx or any variation thereof, as the Adviser deems appropriate. Upon the Adviser's request in writing, the Trust shall cease to use any such xxxx or symbol at any time. The Trust acknowledges that any rights in or to the Xxxx and any such marks or symbols which may exist on the date of this Agreement or arise hereafter are, and under any and all circumstances shall continue to be, the sole property of the Adviser. The Adviser may permit other parties, including other investment companies, to use the Xxxx in their names without the consent of the Trust. The Trust shall not use the Xxxx in conducting any business other than that of an investment company registered under the 1940 Act without the permission of the Adviser.

  • Period for Review and Consideration of Agreement Executive understands he/she has been given a period of 21 days to review and consider this Agreement before signing it. Executive further understands he/she may use as much of the 21 day period as he/she wishes prior to signing.

  • Termination of Review If a Review is in process and the Notes will be paid in full on the next Payment Date, the Servicer will notify the Asset Representations Reviewer and the Indenture Trustee no less than ten days before that Payment Date. On receipt of notice, the Asset Representations Reviewer will terminate the Review immediately and will not be obligated to deliver a Review Report.
