Transmission Operating Agreement definition

Transmission Operating Agreement means an agreement entered into by and between Owner and ISO-NE for transmission operating services over the NECEC Transmission Line under which operating control (as defined in such agreement) of the NECEC Transmission Line is transferred from Owner to ISO-NE.
Transmission Operating Agreement means an agreement entered into between a Manager and a System Operator to permit the System Operator to offer transmission operating services over the Transmission Assets under which operating control (as defined in such agreement) of such Transmission Asset is transferred from the Manager to the System Operator;
Transmission Operating Agreement means the agreement described as such in Section I of the ISO Tariff.

  • Transmission Lines means all high pressure cables and overhead lines (not being an essential part of the distribution system of a licensee) transmitting electricity from a generating station to another generating station or a sub-station, together with any step-up and step-down transformers, switch-gear and other works necessary to and used for the control of such cables or overhead lines, and such buildings or part thereof as may be required to accommodate such transformers, switchgear and other works;

  • Transmission Provider means any entity or entities transmitting or transporting the Product on behalf of Seller or Buyer to or from the Delivery Point.

  • Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service means Transmission Service under the Tariff that is reserved and/or scheduled between specified Points of Receipt and Delivery pursuant to Tariff, Part II.

  • Merchant D.C. Transmission Facilities means direct current (D.C.) transmission facilities that are interconnected with the Transmission System pursuant to Tariff, Part IV and Part VI.
