Operating Authority definition

Operating Authority means, in respect of the Authorized System, the person, entity, or assignee that is given responsibility by the Owner for the operation, management, maintenance, or Alteration of the Authorized System, or a portion of the Authorized System.
Operating Authority means, in respect of the Sewage Works, the person, entity or assignee that is given responsibility by the Owner for the operation, management, maintenance or Alteration of the Sewage Works or a portion of the Authorized System;
Operating Authority means those functions set forth in Sections 3.02, 3.03, and 3.08 and those responsibilities set forth in Section 3.05, and shall not include those rights, responsibilities and functions set forth in Sections 3.06 and 3.07. Subject to the first sentence of this Section 3.02, the ISO shall exercise such Operating Authority in accordance with applicable Operating Procedures as specified in Section 3.02(d) below.

Operating Authority shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.02 of this Agreement and shall include the responsibilities set forth in Section 3.05.
