Common use of Rights of the Aggrieved Clause in Contracts

Rights of the Aggrieved. Any individual employee represented by the Association shall be ensured freedom from restraint, interference, coercion, discrimination, or reprisal in presenting his appeal. He shall have the right to present his own appeal or to designate a representative of the Association, or other persons of his own choosing to appear with him, at any step in the grievance procedure. Whenever he chooses to have other persons to appear with him, a representative of the Association will have the option of being present.
