Rights Continued Sample Clauses
The 'Rights Continued' clause ensures that certain rights and obligations of the parties remain in effect even after the termination or expiration of the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies which provisions—such as confidentiality, indemnification, or intellectual property rights—will survive beyond the end of the contract. By doing so, it provides ongoing protection and clarity regarding the parties' responsibilities, preventing important rights from lapsing automatically when the agreement ends.
