Performance Option definition

Performance Option means an Incentive Stock Option or Nonqualified Stock Option, the grant of which or the exercisability of all or a portion of which is contingent upon the attainment of specified Performance Measures within a specified Performance Period.
Performance Option means the right and option to purchase, on the terms and conditions set forth herein, all or any part of an aggregate of the number of shares of Common Stock set forth on the signature page hereof opposite the term Performance Option.
Performance Option means an Option with respect to which the commencement of exercisability is governed by Section 3.1(b) hereof.

More Definitions of Performance Option

Performance Option means any Option that is granted to a Participant and is designated as a Performance Option pursuant to Section 6(a)(v).
