Fees and Payments Registry Operator shall pay the Registry-Level Fees to ICANN on a quarterly basis in accordance with Section 7.2 hereof.

Costs and Payments During the period that Sprint PCS is curing a breach or operating the Service Area Network under this Section 11.6.3, Sprint PCS and Manager will continue to make any and all payments due to the other party and to third parties under this agreement, the Services Agreement and any other agreements to which such party is bound, except that Sprint PCS may deduct from its payments to Manager all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Sprint PCS in connection with the exercise of its right under this Section 11.6.3. Sprint PCS' operation of the Service Area Network pursuant to this Section 11.6.3 is not a substitution for Manager's performance of its obligations under this agreement and does not relieve Manager of its other obligations under this agreement.
Rates and Payments Room and board fees are approved by the Board of Trustees during the spring semester for the following academic year; however, the University reserves the right to make adjustments as deemed necessary and appropriate in the sole discretion of the Vice President for Student Affairs or designee, at any time during the term of this agreement in accordance with Section 11.
Transfers and Payments 1. Each Party shall permit transfers and payments for current transactions relating to its specific commitments to be made freely and without delay into and out of its territory. 2. Notwithstanding paragraphs 1 and 2, a Party may prevent or delay a transfer or payment through the equitable, non- discriminatory and good faith application of its laws relating to: (a) bankruptcy, insolvency or the protection of the rights of creditors; (b) issuing, trading or dealing in securities, futures, options, or derivatives; (c) financial reporting or record keeping of transfers when necessary to assist law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities; (d) criminal or penal offences; or
Fees and Payment 2.1 All fees payable are due within 30 days from the invoice date. Once placed, Your order is non-cancelable and the sums paid nonrefundable, except as provided in this Agreement or Your order. You will pay any sales, value- added or other similar taxes imposed by applicable law that we must pay based on the Services You ordered, except for taxes based on our income. Fees for Services listed in an order are exclusive of taxes and expenses.
Deposits and Payments (a) If Ford Credit’s short term unsecured debt is rated at least “F1” by Fitch and at least “A-1” by Standard & Poor’s (this rating requirement, the “Monthly Deposit Required Ratings”), Ford Credit may deposit Collections on the Business Day preceding each Payment Date, or with satisfaction of the Rating Agency Condition, on each Payment Date.
Prices and Payments 1. The price listed by the Contractor or otherwise the price commonly charged by the Contractor for the respective service is decisive, plus statutory value-added tax insofar as such is applicable. In case of transnational services, any possibly applicable taxes, fees, customs fees, and other charges (of any kind) incurred for the transnational service shall be borne by the Principal.
Reports and Payments All Returns (as defined below in clause (c) of this Section) required to be filed by or on behalf of the Borrower, the Guarantors, or any member of the Controlled Group (hereafter collectively called the “Tax Group”) have been duly filed on a timely basis or appropriate extensions have been obtained and such Returns are and will be true, complete and correct, except where the failure to so file would not be reasonably expected to cause a Material Adverse Change; and all Taxes shown to be payable on the Returns or on subsequent assessments with respect thereto will have been paid in full on a timely basis, and no other Taxes will be payable by the Tax Group with respect to items or periods covered by such Returns, except in each case to the extent of (i) reserves reflected in the Financial Statements and the Interim Financial Statements, or (ii) taxes that are being contested in good faith. The reserves for accrued Taxes reflected in the financial statements delivered to the Lenders under this Agreement are adequate in the aggregate for the payment of all unpaid Taxes, whether or not disputed, for the period ended as of the date thereof and for any period prior thereto, and for which the Tax Group may be liable in its own right, as withholding agent or as a transferee of the assets of, or successor to, any Person.
Fees and Payment Terms 4.1. When Customer’s Fees are Due: All Fees charged under the Agreement are due and payable on the due date quoted on the invoices generated by Aptum, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties. Invoices shall be issued in accordance with the applicable Product Terms.
