Right to Withhold or Offset. The Ordering Agency may withhold payment or set off the amount of any liquidated damages, other damages or claims for damages, or any other obligation of the Contractor or its subsidiaries to the Ordering Agency, including any amounts the Contractor owes to the Ordering Agency under this Contract, against any payments due to the Contractor under this Contract.

Right to Withhold or Offset. The State may withhold payment or set off the amount of any Ohio tax liability, liquidated damages or other damages or claims for damages, or other obligation of the Contractor or its subsidiaries to the State, including any amounts the Contractor owes to the State under this Agreement against any payments due from the State to the Contractor under this Agreement with the State.
Right to Withhold or Offset. The Authority shall be entitled to withhold or to offset any payment due to Service Provider against any debt owed to it by Service Provider.
