Right to Refuse or Limit Access. The Lessee hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Installation is an operating military Installation that could remain closed to the public and accepts that the Lessee’s operations may from time to time be restricted temporarily or permanently due to the needs of national security or defense. Access on the Installation may also be restricted due to inclement weather and natural disasters. The Lessee further acknowledges that the Government strictly enforces federal laws and Air Force regulations concerning controlled substances (drugs) and that personnel, vehicles, supplies, and equipment entering the Installation are subject to search and seizure under 18 U.S.C. § 1382. The Government will use reasonable diligence in permitting the Lessee access to the Leased Premises at all times, subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease.
