Right to Redeem; Notice to Trustee, Paying Agent and Holders. On or after July 15, 2008, the Issuer may, at its option, redeem the 2023 Notes in whole, or in part, at any time in accordance with the provisions of the 2023 Notes. If the Issuer elects to redeem 2023 Notes pursuant to the provisions of the 2023 Notes, it shall notify in writing the Trustee, the Paying Agent and each Holder of 2023 Notes to be redeemed, as provided in Section 11.2 of the Indenture and Section 13.04 hereof.

Right to Redeem; Notice to Trustee, Paying Agent and Holders. The Company, at its option, may redeem the Notes in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 5 of the Notes. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to paragraph 5 of the Notes, it shall notify in writing the Trustee, Paying Agent and each Holder of Notes to be redeemed, as provided in Section 2.02(4).
Right to Redeem; Notice to Trustee, Paying Agent and Holders. The Company, at its option, may at any time or from time to time redeem the Notes in whole or in part at a redemption price equal to the greater of (1) 100% of the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed and (2) the sum of the present values of the Remaining Scheduled Payments on such Notes discounted to the date of redemption, on a semiannual basis (assuming a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months), at a rate equal to the sum of the applicable Treasury Rate plus 35 basis points (the “Redemption Price”), plus in either case accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the Redemption Date. On and after the Redemption Date, interest will cease to accrue on the Notes or any portion of the Notes called for redemption (unless the Company defaults in the payment of the Redemption Price and accrued interest).
