RIG AND EQUIPMENT TO BE FURNISHED BY CONTRACTOR. A. Rig: The FPS BILL XXXXXXXXX xx, subject to the reasonable consent of TOFF or as set forth in Section 4.C., another semisubmersible drilling rig capable of drilling in up to 1,500 feet of water. CONTRACTOR shall have the right to suspend this Drilling Order for up to 120 days prior to the commencement of the initial well or after the completion of operations on any well for purposes of substituting the rig to be used or the rig then in use. In the event a substitute rig is provided as set forth in this Section 4, changes to the equipment specifications set forth in this Drilling Order (including, without limitation, the specifications set forth in this Section 4 and in Section 5) may be made as such rig
