Review of Comprehensive and Concept Plans and Reports. Grantee shall examine the previous Comprehensive Plan to identify goals, objectives, and policies that are relevant to the Historic Downtown, Northeast and Eastside neighborhoods, prepare a written document, and regularly update the CRA Advisory Committee/Staff on the progress and findings of the review in accordance with Section 2.A. of this Scope of Work. Deliverable due date: March 15, 2024 Completion of Deliverable 1 as evidenced by submission of all of the following: X. Document identifying comprehensive plan goals, objectives and policies that are relevant to the Historic Downtown and Northeast neighborhoods. H. A written document that examines the current vision, mission, and objectives of the city and evaluates the concept plan provided by the city. I. A written summary that captures the input and feedback received from the CRA Advisory Committee and CRA Agency. $7,264

  • Areas of Cooperation The Parties will cooperate, in particular, in the following areas of common interest:

Identify all assumptions used in the estimates.  Greenhouse gas and criteria emissions reductions.  Other non-energy benefits such as reliability, public safety, lower operational cost, environmental improvement, indoor environmental quality, and societal benefits.  Data on potential job creation, market potential, economic development, and increased state revenue as a result of the project.  A discussion of project product downloads from websites, and publications in technical journals.  A comparison of project expectations and performance. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.

  • Personnel Requirements and Documentation Grantee will;

  • Inspections and Reports 2.1 The department may inspect, in the manner and at reasonable times it considers appropriate, all the contractor's facilities and activities under this contract.

  • County Review and Approval of Insurance Requirements The County reserves the right to review and adjust the Required Insurance provisions, conditioned upon County’s determination of changes in risk exposures.

  • DEVELOPMENTAL REQUIREMENTS The Personal Development Plan (PDP) for addressing developmental gaps is attached as Annexure B.
