Inspections and Reports. 2.1 The department may inspect, in the manner and at reasonable times it considers appropriate, all the contractor's facilities and activities under this contract.
Inspections and Reports. We have the right, at any reasonable time, to inspect the Equipment and any documents relating to its installation, use, maintenance and repair. Within 30 days after our request (or such longer period as provided herein), you will deliver all requested information (including tax returns) which we deem reasonably necessary to determine your current financial condition and faithful performance of the terms hereof. This may include: (i) compiled, reviewed or audited annual financial statements (including, without limitation, a balance sheet, a statement of income, a statement of cash flow, a statement of changes in equity and notes to financial statements) within 120 days after your fiscal year end, and (ii) management-prepared interim financial statements within 45 days after the requested reporting period(s). Annual statements shall set forth the corresponding figures for the prior fiscal year in comparative form, all in reasonable detail without any qualification or exception deemed material by us. Unless otherwise accepted by us, each financial statement shall be prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied and shall fairly and accurately present your financial condition and results of operations for the period to which it pertains. You authorize us to obtain credit bureau reports for credit and collection purposes and to share them with our affiliates and agents.

Manager acknowledges that it is not the City’s intent to post City personnel in the Parking Facility to conduct periodic inspections of the Parking Facility, but to rely upon the inspections that Manager is to perform as described in Exhibit E and in the NPA Manual. Manager shall develop forms, reasonably acceptable to City, upon which the results of any daily, weekly, monthly, or other regular inspections shall be recorded. Manager shall provide a copy of any such forms to City. In addition, Manager shall document and photograph, if requested, any condition that it believes requires City to repair and provide a copy of the documentation and photographs to City. As soon as Manager has actual knowledge of an unsafe condition in the Parking Facility or of damage to the Parking Facility, Manager shall immediately report such conditions to City; provided, however, that Manager shall in no event be responsible for the identification of latent defects relating to the Parking Facility. City shall be obligated, at its sole cost and expense, to make all repairs and capital improvements required by applicable law or that are necessary to correct any unsafe conditions at the Parking Facility.

The GRANTEE shall provide the COMMITTEE with quarterly progress reports on or before January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1, for each quarter any of the Funds remain unexpended, and with notification within 30 days after the last of the Funds are expended. The COMMITTEE reserves the right to require supplementary information from the GRANTEE regarding the quarterly reports or final notification.

Artist and each of its subcontractors performing Work under this Agreement shall allow CCGJ and the City to enter their premises for the purpose of conducting on-site evaluations in connection with the Project and its progress. Upon CCGJ request, Artist shall provide, and require any of its respective contractors or subcontractors to provide, narrative progress reports on the Project in a form and with such information as is requested by CCGJ from time to time.

(a) The Distributor will provide HEC with such statements, forms, reports, estimates and other information regarding its financial condition, inventory, sales, future requirements, and other matters as HEC may reasonably request from time to time. Such reports will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the Distributor’s quarterly financial statements, annual audited financial statements, warranty registrations for new product installations, warranty repair reporting and tracking, and marketing and sales plans and results.

The association, or its designated representative, shall have the right to inspect, in such manner and at reasonable times as it deems appropriate, all activities of the contractor arising in the course of the contractor’s undertakings under this contract. The contractor shall be responsible for complying with the recommendations of such inspections and shall take prompt action to remedy any deficiencies noted in such inspections.
