Common use of Return from Medical Leave Clause in Contracts

Return from Medical Leave. Employees returning from Medical Leave within one (1) year shall be guaranteed a position for which the employee is fully qualified. The returning employee shall notify the Risk Management and Employee Benefits Department. Should more than one (1) employee provide notice, the employee who gave such notice at the earliest date shall be assigned to the position in question.

The returning employee shall notify the Risk Management and Employee Benefits Department.
