Return from Medical Leave. Unless the information necessary to justify the safe return of the employee is provided by the employee’s doctor, pursuant to 11.1, 11.2, 11.4, 11.7, or 11.16 the District may at its expense require a medical examination prior to the right of the employee to return to work.
