Rest Periods and Meal Periods. 8.5.1 All bargaining unit employees shall be granted rest periods which, insofar as practicable, shall be in the middle of each work period at the rate of fifteen (15) minutes per three and three quarters (3.75) hours worked or major fraction thereof.
