Responsible Party and Consultation. The Community Development Director2 shall provide administrative interpretations in accordance with Long Beach City code section 1-3-1, as may be amended. The community development director must provide a written administrative interpretation within thirty (30) days of receipt of a request for same. The City shall consult with Ecology to ensure that formal written interpretations are consistent with the purpose and intent of chapters 90.58 RCW and 173-26 WAC.
