Responsibility of the Xxxx. A. The XXXX shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all Work, and other Services furnished by the XXXX under this Contract. The XXXX shall, without additional compensation, correct or revise any errors or deficiencies in its Work and Services.

The Xxxx shall review materials submitted by the faculty member and, the narrative report of the post-continuous appointment review committee, and the department chair/designee report with regard to the dossier submitted by the faculty member in order to write a letter affirming or challenging the recommendation of the committee and/or the department chair/designee.
