Responsibility for Employment of Competent Superintendent and Project Manager. The Contractor shall employ a competent Project Manager and Superintendent that are acceptable to the Owner to oversee the Project. Any substitution of the Project Manager or Superintendent is strongly discouraged and will be permitted only after a written request for such substitution has been made and approved by the Owner.
