RESPONSIBILITIES OF ZIMBABWE RED CROSS SOCIETY. 3.1 Implementation of the Programme The Secretary General, on behalf of the Society, takes full responsibility for the implementation of the programme (as detailed in Appendix 1) in an efficient and effective manner, for all decisions regarding nature, timing and personnel involvement in all activities; for ensuring adequate accounting records and controls over all funds and assets received by the Society relating to the programme, and for ensuring that all reporting requirements as per this agreement are adhered to.
