RESPONSIBILITIES OF NETWORK PROVIDER. The Provider shall treat MDIndia beneficiaries in a courteous manner and with good business practices. The Network Provider will extend priority admission facilities to the beneficiaries. The Network Provider will have his facility covered by proper indemnity policy including error, omission and professional indemnity and agrees to keep such policy in force during entire tenure of the HSA. The Network Provider shall ensure that best medical treatment / facility is extended to the beneficiary.

  • Responsibilities of the Contractor The Contractor shall provide all technical and professional expertise, knowledge, management, and other resources required for accomplishing all aspects of the tasks and associated activities identified in the Scope of Work. In the event that the need arises for the Contractor to perform services beyond those stated in the Scope of Work, the Contractor and the City shall negotiate mutually agreeable terms and compensation for completing the additional services.
