Resolving Difficulties Clause Samples

The 'Resolving Difficulties' clause establishes a process for addressing and overcoming obstacles or disputes that may arise during the execution of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines steps such as negotiation between the parties, escalation to higher management, or the use of mediation to find a mutually acceptable solution. Its core practical function is to provide a structured method for resolving issues efficiently, thereby minimizing disruptions and reducing the likelihood of litigation.
Resolving Difficulties. In case a difficulty arises concerning the operation of this Agreement, either Party may request, through the Competent Authorities, consultations with the other Party to resolve the matter.
Resolving Difficulties. Grovelands Community Primary School are fully committed to resolving difficulties in a constructive manner, through open and positive conversations. If issues do arise, please contact your child’s class teacher via their class email address, who will be available to meet with you and go through the issue and hopefully resolve it. If the issue is not resolved, the next step is to contact the Executive Headteacher or Head of School. Where issues remain unresolved, please follow the school’s complaints procedure. This is available on the school website or a copy can be requested from the school office. Both the school and FrOGS have Facebook pages which allows parents, carers and visitors to receive messages about school events. We ask that social media, whether public or private, should not be used to fuel campaigns and voice complaints against the school, school staff, parents or children. We take inappropriate use of social media to publicly humiliate or criticise another parent/carer, visitor, member of staff or child very seriously. Online activity which we consider to be inappropriate: • Posting identifying or posting images/videos of other children • Posting abusive or personal comments about staff, governors, children, other parents or the school • Bringing the school into disrepute • Posting defamatory or libellous comments about staff, governors, children, other parents or the school • Emails circulated or sent directly with abusive or personal comments about staff, governors, children, other parents or the school • Using social media to publicly challenge school policies or discuss issues about individual children or member of staff • Threatening behaviour such as verbally intimidating staff or using inappropriate language • Breaching school security procedures
