Resolution of Disagreements on Terms of Renewal. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute concerning terms and conditions of renewal by consultation under Clause 16.1 and, at the request of either Party, mediation. If mediation is requested, the Parties shall attempt to agree on the modes of mediation, including the facilitator(s) to be used and the venue of the same. If the Parties do not mutually agree on all terms and conditions for renewal within ninety (90) days after the Contractor gives Notice of renewal (including due to lack of agreement on the mode or venue for mediation), any terms and conditions on which the Parties have not reached agreement shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with Clause 16.2 hereof.

  • Resolution of Disputes Any dispute or disagreement which may arise under, or as a result of, or in any way related to, the interpretation, construction or application of this Agreement shall be determined by the Committee.   • Notification of Dispute If You or We consider that a dispute has arisen in relation to this agreement (either during the Services, or after they have been completed), written notice of the dispute will be given to the other party. Even if that notice is given, You and We must continue to perform any obligations outstanding by Us under the agreement.
