Rescheduling of Tests. If the Authority is unable to issue the Completion Certificate because of events or circumstances on account of which the Tests could not be held or had to be suspended, the Mine Operator shall be entitled to re-schedule the Tests and hold the same as soon as reasonably practicable. Provided, however, that the Mine Operator shall be excused for the delay in Tests arising hereunder if such delay is not solely attributable to the Mine Operator.
