Common use of REPRESENTATION TIME Clause in Contracts

REPRESENTATION TIME. A member who is in a representative capacity during his scheduled working hours who attends a meeting between the Chapter and the Employer for the purpose(s) of adjustments of grievances and/or participation in a labor-management meeting shall not suffer a loss in pay because of such attendance.

REPRESENTATION TIME. A member Member who is serving in a representative capacity during his scheduled working hours and who attends a meeting between the Chapter Union and the Employer Tri-Com for the purpose(spurposes(s) of adjustments of grievances and/or participation in a labor-management meeting shall not suffer a loss in pay because of such attendance, provided that staffing levels permit.
