Common use of Reporting Results Clause in Contracts

Reporting Results. The results of a drug or alcohol test will be reported verbally and in writing to the Chief or the person he designates to receive those results. The testing laboratory will reveal to the designated official only whether the employee has received a result of negative for drugs or positive for drugs. The results of the drug test will be maintained in the strictest confidence by the Town and will not be disseminated except on a "need to know" basis.
