Replacement of DBE Subconsultants. The Engineer shall make good faith efforts to replace a DBE Subconsultant, who is unable to perform satisfactorily, with another DBE Subconsultant. Replacement firms must be approved by MoDOT’s External Civil Rights Division.

Replacement of DBE Subconsultants. Consultant shall make good faith efforts to replace a DBE Subconsultant who is unable to perform satisfactorily with another DBE Subconsultant. Replacement firms must be approved by Sponsor and MoDOT.
Replacement of DBE Subconsultants. After receiving the LOCAL AGENCY’s written authorization of DBE termination request, CONSULTANT must obtain the LOCAL AGENCY’s written agreement for DBE replacement. CONSULTANT must find or demonstrate GFEs to find qualified DBE replacement firms to perform the work to the extent needed to meet the DBE commitment. The following procedures shall be followed to request authorization to replace a DBE firm:

  • Contractor’s Employees and Subcontractors (a) Contractor shall only disclose PII to Contractor’s employees and subcontractors who need to know the PII in order to provide the Services and the disclosure of PII shall be limited to the extent necessary to provide such Services. Contractor shall ensure that all such employees and subcontractors comply with the terms of this DPA.
