Repayment of Nonreimbursable Expense. Vendors must, upon demand, immediately repay County for all inappropriately reimbursed expenses whenever an audit or subsequent review of any expense reimbursement documentation finds that such expense was reimbursed contrary to these guidelines and this Policy. Xxxxxxxxxx County reserves the right to retain any amounts that are due or that become due to a vendor in order to collect any inappropriately reimbursed expenses that a vendor was paid.

  • Reimbursables It is acknowledged and agreed to by CONSULTANT that the lump sum amount set forth in Section 4.1 includes Direct Expenses and describes the maximum extent of, VILLAGE'S obligation to reimburse CONSULTANT for direct, non-salary expenses, but does not constitute a limitation, of any sort, upon CONSULTANT'S obligation to incur such expenses in the performance of services hereunder.
