Repairs and Warranty Support. The Contractor shall be responsible for coordination of the return and repair of failed or defective material between the Government and the material suppliers. If commercial warranties are still in effect at time of failure, the Contractor shall coordinate the warranty repair of the failed item with the material supplier.

Any license agreement governing the use of any computer software/hardware or computer software/hardware documentation delivered to the Government as a result of this contract must be paid-up, irrevocable, world-wide, royalty-free, perpetual and flexible user licenses transferable among Government employees and personnel under Government contract (CDRL A023).
