Renewal of Documents. Your documents will need to be updated every two years and also any time they expire. We will send you a reminder as the expiry date approaches. You will have one month following the expiry date to provide us with the new documents, otherwise the service will be removed from your account. Section 3 - Process for Receiving Documentation is also applicable for the Renewal of Documentations.

  • Provision of documents In connection with each registration described in this Section 11, each Seller will furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as reasonably shall be necessary in order to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

  • Clarification of Documents 2.5.1 A prospective tenderer requiring any clarification of the tender document may notify the Procuring entity in writing or by post at the entity’s address indicated in the Invitation to Tender. You will be considered to have been properly served on the date of delivery if we deliver process personally to you, or served on the next date after the date of posting if process is posted to you. In addition to these two (2) methods of service, we may serve you in any other method permitted by law.
