Common use of Renewal, Extension or Rearrangement Clause in Contracts

Renewal, Extension or Rearrangement. All provisions of this Security Agreement relating to Indebtedness shall apply with equal force and effect to each and every promissory note executed hereafter that in whole or in part represents a renewal, extension for any period, increase or rearrangement of any part of the Indebtedness originally represented by any part of such other Indebtedness.
